Mikael Berner is an entrepreneur, technology industry executive and a leader driving innovation in the enhanced voice services industry, holding nine patents in wireless and speech technologies. In 1999, Mikael co-founded BeVocal, which delivered speech-automated and AI-based customer service for enterprises, and led the company through its acquisition by Nuance Communications in 2007. Mikael is an active board member and angel investor, and is often tapped for his insight into the context-aware A.I. technology space.

Hetal Pandya is a mobile entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience. She has an extensive background in marketing telecom services and developing mobile products for enterprise and consumer audiences. Hetal served as the director of product management and marketing at Nuance Communications where she built a $30+ Million revenue mobile care product portfolio from concept. She has also previously held senior level marketing management positions at Microsoft (Tellme Networks) and Nortel Networks.
Kesava Neeli leads the development of the Edison’s artificial intelligence platform that is integrated across the company’s full suite of products. He has more than 15 years of experience in handling highly scalable and distributed network platforms with PCI compliance. His expertise in architecture, development, security and cloud infrastructure led to the development of the Edison network’s ability to handle millions of email connections in real-time.
VP of Client Engineering
Shuhao Zhang is a mobile engineer who has spent the last 10 years building applications that deliver excellent user experiences. Most recently, he was the Principal Engineer at Nuance Communications, where he lead the effort to develop Nuance Mobile Care (NMC), which was installed on 10 Million devices.
VP of Design
Jeff Pearsall is an entrepreneur passionate about design and user experience. Most recently, he was the CEO and Co-Founder of Flatter World Inc, an award winning mobile app development company with a focus on children’s educational technology. At Flatterworld, Jeff and the Flatterworld team won app of the year on the Edmodo platform and multiple design awards from the Children’s technology review. Jeff is also the Co-Founder of Squiber LLC, a bay area based design agency specializing in web design & development.
VP of Data Science
Noble Kuriakose has a rich data and research background. Most recently, he was the Head of Data Science for SurveyMonkey, where he led efforts to understand users and product improvements via the inclusion of real time machine learning models. He also led successful efforts to predict outcomes in the 2014 U.S. midterm and the 2015 U.K. general elections. Prior to joining SurveyMonkey, Noble was a researcher in international demography at the Pew Research Center in Washington DC, where he helped estimate country level population growth till 2050.
Senior Vice President of Sales
John brings more than 20 years of Sales and Client Service leadership experience from growth companies at the nexus of marketing research, technology, and innovation. At Edison, John drives the company's sales strategy and leads the sales operations.
Prior to joining Edison, John was Senior Vice President of Analytic Solutions and Sales at Slice Technologies. At Slice, John led the Sales, Client Success and Analytics functions and was focused on bringing receipt based ecommerce insights and solutions to the marketing community. Previous to Slice John was Chief Revenue Officer at Nailbiter, Inc. At Nailbiter, John oversaw, developed and drove all revenue and client operations. Before this, John was a Global Senior Vice President at Affinnova (which was acquired by the Nielsen Company), a marketing technology company focused on innovation. At Affinnova, John built a new business line into the fastest growing revenue generator for the company. Earlier in his career, he was the Vice President of Business Development leading the Health Care vertical at The Nielsen Company and held senior sales leadership roles at Spectra, which was acquired by Nielsen.
John graduated from Muhlenberg College and earned his MBA from the City University of New York's Zicklin Business School, where he later served as an adjunct lecturer.
